So let’s make that well known beechup today, it is easy, deep dark red and gorgeous, full of flavour, earthy and tangy, it keeps for about a week in your fridge if you use a container with a lid..and if it lasts that long at all and t is cheap. #vegan #lowcost #noadditives or nastyness #supertasty
Apart from a blender or food processor you’ll need;
5 red beets, cooked.
3/4 cup of ACV (apple cider vinegar.)
1/3 cup of a fluid sweetener to your choice, for example date syrup, maple syrup..
2 tbs mustard.
some chili powder
some.. about 1/2 tsp roasted ground cumin. (optional)
and some salt, up to a teaspoon if you like things salty.
Just put it all in the blender and blend until smooth- from rough smooth to silky smooth, whatever you like best.
(My love tells me it beats old mr. Heinz’ chup. ..Just saying. ;)
